RUN THE CALL

The water heater is leaking. The main line is backed up. You walk in. You find the real problem, not a guess. You lay out the options clearly and confidently. The homeowner trusts you, and they say yes. That's the job. You're the first Patriot Pro in the home, and you own the conversation from the knock to the handshake.

THIS IS A PERFORMANCE JOB

Your results set your income. This is a commission role. If you want to be paid for showing up, this isn't for you.

• Love talking with people, and people like talking with you
• Earn trust by being straight with the homeowner
