Duties:

Must be able todo high end new construction plumbing, remodeling, and service.

• Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems.
• Must work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• installation of gas lines.

• installation of pex, copper water lines.
• Must be able to solder.
• Able to complete jobs.
• Collaborate with construction teams to plan and complete plumbing projects
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues.
• Assist with remodeling projects by installing new plumbing systems or modifying existing one by code.
• Read blueprints and schematics to understand the layout and design of plumbing systems
• Utilize pipe threading tools to cut and thread pipes as needed
• Perform heavy lifting when moving materials and equipment
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters or handymen, to complete projects

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a plumber.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and components
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately
• Proficient in using pipe threading tools and other plumbing equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair plumbing issues
• Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and work in various conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for commercial driving requirements
