Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure precise execution of plumbing projects. Operate company vehicles and use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and plumbing system maintenance tools safely and effectively. Perform drain cleaning, pipe assembly, remodeling tasks, and heavy lifting as required on construction sites or renovation projects. Adhere strictly to local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of work. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about project status, repairs needed, and maintenance tips. Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial environments. Hands-on experience with plumbing inspection cameras, blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and plumbing-specific tools such as drain snakes or pipe cutters. Knowledge of water systems maintenance, remodeling projects, assembly tasks, and construction site safety protocols. Experience with construction plumbing techniques including remodeling projects or new builds is highly desirable. Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly. Handyman experience or general construction site experience is a plus for versatile project support.
