Job Description

Wynmoor, a large, gated adult condominium community in Coconut Creek is seeking a Maintenance Plumber. Wynmoor offers competitive compensation and benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid time off and a safe harbor 401(k) plan. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm.

Knowledge and responsibilities:

Performs plumbing and related maintenance work on Council buildings and property. Installs various plumbing fixtures and installations as required. Estimates material needed for various projects and such us materials on hand. Records time and materials used on various projects. Must work with some independence under general supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor. Performs other general building maintenance work not necessarily related to plumbing.

Candidate requirements:

Has a minimum of 2 years of considerable experience in plumbing and general building maintenance work. Possess a valid Florida Driver's License. Meet physical requirements such as lifting 50 lbs., crawling, stooping, work in tight places and climb a ladder. Will need to complete background check and pre-employment drug test.
