Will be working on replacing sanitary cast iron in high rise apartments but will also involve kitchen and bathroom renovation work and repipes. We are looking for someone who is confident to work alone with guidance. Plumber must have experience and be knowledgeable Installing, repairing and maintaining plumbing systems Residential construction and remodeling projects Reading and interpreting blueprints Inspecting and diagnosing plumbing issues Repairing pipes and fixtures Repiping projects Maintenance and repair Working with clients Compliance with Florida Building Code and safety requirements Independently managing projects Minimum 5 years residential plumbing experience Hourly rate is negotiable. Must be able get to and from Fort Myers Beach daily.
