POSITION OVERVIEW
We are hiring an experienced Service Plumber for our Lady Lake location to perform residential and light-commercial plumbing service throughout Lady Lake, The Villages, and surrounding areas. The right candidate will be able to independently operate a service truck, diagnose plumbing problems, explain options and upfront pricing, complete quality repairs, collect payment, and accurately document each job. Additional training will be provided to help the selected plumber learn Johnson Brothers Plumbing's procedures, pricebook, and ServiceTitan system.
PAY AND SCHEDULE
$50,000-$85,000 per year, based on experience and performance Full-time, 40-hour workweek Monday through Friday Eight-hour shifts Participation in a scheduled on-call rotation is required Some overtime available Bonus and commission opportunities On-site and field-based position Applicants must be able to report to our Lady Lake location and serve Lady Lake, The Villages, and surrounding areas $200 SIGN-ON BONUS The selected Service Plumber will be eligible to receive a $200 sign-on bonus after completing 90 days of employment and receiving a satisfactory 90-day evaluation. To earn the bonus, the employee must: Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality Follow the company's morning arrival and truck-preparation procedures Reliably participate in the scheduled on-call rotation Demonstrate professional and respectful customer service Produce safe, code-compliant, properly tested workmanship Accurately diagnose plumbing problems and present appropriate options Use the Johnson Brothers Plumbing pricebook correctly Complete estimates, invoices, clauses, notes, photos, time entries, and payments accurately in ServiceTitan Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked service truck Protect customers' homes and thoroughly clean each work area Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, management, and teammates Accept coaching, correct mistakes promptly, and demonstrate accountability Maintain an acceptable callback and customer-satisfaction record Follow company policies, safety standards, and job procedures Remain actively employed and in good standing when the bonus is paid Completing 90 days alone does not guarantee the bonus. The employee must receive an overall satisfactory evaluation and have no serious attendance, safety, honesty, conduct, or policy violations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to residential and commercial plumbing service calls Accurately diagnose plumbing problems Provide customers with repair and replacement options and upfront pricing Receive customer approval before beginning work Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and replacements Replace plumbing fixtures, piping, water heaters, and related systems Perform drain cleaning and operate sewer cable equipment safely Complete water, sanitary, drain, repipe, and natural-gas work Collect payment upon completion of the work Follow plumbing codes, permit requirements, manufacturer instructions, and JBP procedures Test completed work and confirm proper operation before leaving Maintain complete ServiceTitan records for every job Document work performed, materials used, photos, time, payments, return visits, and required follow-up Maintain personal hand tools and small power tools needed for service work Operate hand tools, power tools, cable machines, and pipe-threading equipment safely Perform the lifting required for plumbing repairs and installations Participate in company meetings and training Participate reliably in the scheduled on-call rotation Respond professionally and promptly to assigned after-hours service calls Represent Johnson Brothers Plumbing professionally and respectfully
CUSTOMER-CARE EXPECTATIONS

Every Service Plumber must:
Arrive with a professional, clean-cut appearance Communicate patiently, honestly, and respectfully Never pressure or argue with a customer Explain plumbing concerns and available options clearly Use shoe covers, drop cloths, and other protective materials Treat the customer's home and belongings with care Keep the customer informed throughout the service call Thoroughly clean the work area before leaving Take responsibility for concerns and notify management promptly when help is needed
MORNING AND TRUCK EXPECTATIONS
Service Plumbers are expected to: Arrive between 7:00 and 7:15 a.m. Clock in and begin preparing promptly Clean and reset the truck from the previous day Restock tools, materials, and supplies Review job summaries thoroughly Gather the materials and tools required for scheduled jobs Turn in previous-day money, receipts, and required paperwork Ask questions about assignments before leaving Offer assistance to teammates when needed Be prepared and on the road by 7:45 a.m.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Minimum of three years operating a service truck as a plumbing technician Five or more years of plumbing experience preferred Strong residential and commercial plumbing knowledge Ability to independently diagnose and repair plumbing problems Experience with drain-cleaning machines and standard plumbing equipment Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Excellent customer-service and communication skills Ability to explain repair and replacement options clearly Ability to work independently while remaining part of a team Dependable and able to work a full 40-hour week Willing and able to participate in the company's on-call rotation Ability to perform the physical requirements of plumbing service work Ability to successfully complete applicable pre-employment background and drug screenings in accordance with company policy and applicable law
