Job Description

Job description: We're looking for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join our field construction team. In this role, you will install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems on retail projects, ensuring compliance with plans, codes, and safety standards. Our ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently or with small crews in active construction environments. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems (water, waste, vent, gas). Rough-in and trim plumbing for new retail buildouts, tenant improvements, and remodels . Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and scope documents . Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades. Ensure all work meets local codes, standards, and jobsite safety requirements. Perform testing, troubleshooting, and system start-up. Maintain clean, organized worksites and accurate documentation. Qualifications 3+ years commercial plumbing experience (retail construction preferred) Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing codes and installation practices. Ability to work with copper, PVC, PEX, cast iron, etc. Ability to read construction plans and follow detailed instructions. Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working on ladders or in confined spaces. Strong communication and time-management skills.
