This role is ideal for a highly skilled plumber who takes pride in solving complex problems, mentoring other technicians, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a Senior Technician, you will lead by example in the field-handling advanced diagnostic and repair work, supporting and coaching junior technicians, and helping ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You'll play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, developing your teammates, and contributing to the continued growth of our business.. Duties Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems Handle complex service calls, troubleshooting, and difficult customer situations Serve as a technical resource and mentor for apprentice and junior technicians Assist with ride-alongs, field training, and ongoing technician development Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and share best practices with the team Requirements 3+ years of residential plumbing experience (lead technician experience preferred) Experience leading or mentoring other technicians Proven ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with the broader team Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
