You'll:

Run residential service calls independently in a company service van. Diagnose and repair a wide variety of residential plumbing issues. Educate homeowners on their options and provide accurate on-the-spot estimates. Complete quality repairs that you can be proud of. Keep your truck clean, organized, and fully stocked. Occasionally work alongside a helper on larger projects such as water heater replacements. Communicate with the office to ensure customers receive exceptional service from start to finish. You should have:

2+ years of experience running a residential service van or serving as a lead residential plumber. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent customer service and communication skills. A clean driving record. Strong integrity and professionalism. A positive attitude and team-first mindset. Willingness to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Journeyman license preferred, but not required. Compensation & Benefits $25-$35/hour , based on experience and qualifications. Quarterly performance bonuses based on the revenue you generate (eligible after your first 90 days). Company-sponsored fishing trips, hunting trips, or bonus pay -the team chooses. Flexible scheduling options after onboarding. Weekend on-call rotation (typically one or two Saturdays per month).
