Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential properties. Your expertise will ensure water systems operate efficiently and safely, adhering to local building codes and industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize your technical skills, and contribute to high-quality plumbing solutions. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential settings using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately Perform drain cleaning, pipe repairs, water heater installations, and system upgrades with precision and attention to safety Read blueprints, technical drawings, and interpret construction plans to execute projects effectively Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards during all work activities Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects and construction site tasks requiring heavy lifting or assembly Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing systems in residential or commercial environments Skilled in welding, drain cleaning, and using hand tools and power tools for various plumbing tasks Familiarity with plumbing inspection cameras, blueprint reading, mechanical knowledge, and interpreting technical drawings Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of local building codes and safety protocols Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during installation or repair projects Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about project scope and maintenance needs Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting plumbing issues Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your skills make a real difference! Pay:
$27.00 - $30.00 per hour
