What You'll Do As a Service Plumber with Upshaw Plumbing Service, you'll diagnose residential plumbing problems, perform repairs and replacements, communicate your findings with homeowners, and help customers make informed decisions about their plumbing systems. We expect our plumbers to take the time to understand why the customer called , properly evaluate the problem, and present clear solutions rather than rushing through the appointment. You'll also document your work, maintain your vehicle and work area, communicate with the office throughout the day, and make sure each customer knows what was done before you leave. A clean driving record, valid driver's license, professional appearance, good communication skills, and the ability to pass required background and drug screening are also expected.
