Jenkins Plumbing Company Position Summary Jenkins Plumbing Company is seeking an experienced and dependable Warranty Service Plumber to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing issues in residential new construction homes. The ideal candidate will have strong plumbing knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing quality customer service. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues covered under warranty. Perform plumbing repairs, including leaks, fixtures, drains, water heaters, and other plumbing components. Respond to warranty service calls promptly and professionally. Communicate effectively with homeowners, builders, and supervisors. Complete assigned service requests accurately and efficiently. Document repairs and report recurring plumbing issues. Ensure all work meets plumbing codes, safety requirements, and company quality standards. Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in good condition. Qualifications Previous residential plumbing service and repair experience required. Experience with new construction plumbing and warranty work preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with plumbing repairs.
