First Care Heating and Air is seeking an Experienced Lead Licensed Journeyman Plumber to build our new plumbing department and join our growing, customer-focused team. The ideal candidate is skilled in diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing systems, communicates clearly with homeowners, and takes pride in delivering reliable, high-quality service. Water filtration systems experience repair/install experience is a strong plus, but not mandatory. What You'll Do Help develop our plumbing department, procedures Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services on residential plumbing systems Provide homeowners with clear, professional recommendations and options Complete required documentation and maintain accurate service records Support customers with emergency/after-hours calls as needed (on a rotating schedule) Follow company safety protocols and high service standards Participate in ongoing training and development to advance technical skills Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work culture What We're Looking For 6+ years of residential Plumbing service/install experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills State Licence and all certification required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent communication and customer service ability Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Water Purification experience is a plus, not a requirement Physical demands: Reaching, bending, stooping, walking, sitting, crawling, squatting. Holding, carrying objects and lifting - including heavy objects such as equipment up to 150 pounds. Use of tools and equipment such as hand tools and ladders including extension ladders.

Work environment:

Environment consists of extreme variations due to conditions, including but not limited to: heat, cold, wet, wind, sunlight, absence of light, insects, animals and other conditions deemed by worksite.

Experience:
