What You'll Do
• Perform service, repair, and installation work on residential and light-commercial plumbing systems (water heaters, drains, fixtures, water lines, gas lines, and more).
• Accurately diagnose plumbing issues and present customers with clear repair and replacement options.
• Sell the work you quote by building trust, educating customers, and recommending the right solutions for their needs and budget.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call, from arrival to completion.
• Keep your assigned van organized, stocked, and ready for the day's calls.
• Complete accurate documentation, invoices, and job notes. What We're Looking For
• A valid, active plumbing license (required).
• Proven experience in service plumbing.
• Strong sales ability
• comfortable presenting options and closing jobs in the home.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• A team player with a great attitude who's a strong cultural fit for AKP.
• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Compensation & Benefits
• Pay starts at $100,000 per year, with technicians averaging $130,000
• 150,000 annually.
