Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, maintain, and replace plumbing systems and components Respond to service calls and accurately determine the source of plumbing issues Complete work in compliance with applicable plumbing codes Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers Keep accurate and complete service documentation Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite Properly care for company tools, equipment, and service vehicle

Plainfield, IL

• Schedule/Shift Details:
• First shift, Monday-Friday 7AM-4PM Overtime as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of documented plumbing apprenticeship experience — required Residential and/or commercial plumbing service experience preferred Illinois State Plumbing License preferred, though not required City of Chicago Plumbing License preferred, though not required Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Able to work independently in customers' homes and businesses Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and customer-service skills Able to safely use plumbing tools, equipment, and company vehicles Ideal Candidate An experienced service plumber who can accurately diagnose issues rather than simply replacing parts Dependable, professional, and focused on delivering a positive customer experience Takes ownership and accountability for assigned work Comfortable working independently Safety-minded and dedicated to high-quality workmanship Motivated to build a long-term career with a professional plumbing organization Has 3+ years or accumulated hours on an apprenticeship license and is seeking growth, a strong team culture, and the foundation for a lucrative plumbing career
