$25 per hour About the Position We are seeking a Certified Plumber to join a growing team specializing in stormwater management, drainage solutions, flood prevention, and site water-control systems. This position focuses on drainage systems, underground piping, and water-management solutions that help protect residential and commercial properties from flooding and water damage. The ideal candidate will have strong plumbing knowledge and experience working with underground piping systems, drainage installations, and construction projects. Essential Duties Install, repair, and maintain drainage systems, underground piping, catch basins, area drains, channel drains, and stormwater management systems. Install and connect PVC, HDPE, and other piping materials used in drainage and water-control projects. Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, utility layouts, and project specifications. Diagnose and resolve drainage and water-flow issues. Ensure all plumbing and drainage work complies with applicable codes and regulations. Coordinate with field crews, equipment operators, and project managers to complete projects safely and efficiently. Assist with grading and water-management improvements as needed. Restore work areas and maintain a clean, professional jobsite. Communicate professionally with customers and maintain a commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction. Requirements Current Plumbing License or Certification required. Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience. Experience with underground piping, drainage systems, stormwater infrastructure, or site utility work preferred. Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience with French drains, catch basins, channel drains, retention systems, and stormwater management projects. Experience operating or working around mini excavators, skid steers, and trenching equipment. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification. Commercial, industrial, or site utility construction experience.
