You show up, take care of customers, solve problems and do quality work. You shouldn't feel like just another number on a service board. At Fagundes Plumbing Heating AC Inc., we believe you should be able to build a great career in the trades without your job owning your life. That means schedule options designed around real life, great benefits, year-round work, and not expecting our plumbers to be available 24/7 every time the phone rings. We're growing, and we're looking for 2 experienced Journeyman Plumbers to join our residential service team. We're not trying to be the biggest company around. We're focused on being a great company to work for and a company our customers trust. We've been family-owned and serving our local communities since 2003. 23 years later, we're still growing, and we're looking for the right people to grow with us. A schedule that respects your life outside of work We know everyone's life doesn't fit the same Monday-through-Friday schedule. That's why we're offering two different schedule options for this position. We also believe there's a difference between providing great service and expecting employees to sacrifice their personal lives to do it. We are not a 24/7 service company where every after-hours phone call automatically becomes your responsibility. We have defined coverage and boundaries because our employees deserve to be able to make plans, spend time with their families and enjoy their time away from work. That's part of the quality of life we're working to provide at Fagundes. Benefits that actually mean something Company-paid health insurance Company-paid dental insurance Vision coverage Short and long-term disability Paid holidays Paid vacation and PTO Year-round work Ongoing training and development Opportunities to grow with the company What you'll be doing This is a residential service plumbing position, not new construction. You'll diagnose plumbing problems, talk with homeowners about their options, make professional repairs and replacements, and leave the home knowing the job was done right.

Typical work includes:

Plumbing troubleshooting and repairs Water heaters Faucets, toilets and fixtures Water piping and leak repairs Drain and waste piping repairs Gas piping Pumps, valves PRVs and expansion tanks Plumbing replacements and upgrades Who we're looking for Licensed Journeyman Plumber Residential service experience preferred Strong troubleshooting skills Takes pride in quality workmanship Comfortable communicating with homeowners Professional, dependable and accountable Valid driver's license and clean driving record Someone looking for a place to grow and stay Maybe you're not actively looking. That's okay. Some of the best people aren't searching for a job because they're already working. But if you've been thinking there has to be a company where I'm more than just a number, we'd like to talk. You don't have to make a decision. Come meet us, see what we're about, ask questions and decide for yourself if Fagundes might be a better fit. Fagundes Plumbing Heating AC Inc.
