Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial settings.
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems.
Respond to emergency plumbing calls and provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in plumbing services.
Build Homes from ground
Requirements:
Valid Journeyman plumbing license in the state of Maryland.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
