Now hiring Senior Maintenance Technicians Morgan Properties is hiring an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot HVAC, appliance, electrical and plumbing needs at our communitis in Largo, MD. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role with on call rotation required. You'll keep our apartment community up to company standards and code and help create a welcoming home where residents feel valued and supported. You'll work with a respectful, collaborative team, and we invest in your growth with training and a clear path to advance. What You'll Do Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements and applicable laws Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff about repairs and updates Pay and Benefits Base pay: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour Up to 50% rent discount Property staff shared renewal commissions
