Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues using hand tools, power tools, and plumbing inspection cameras to identify root causes of problems. Perform repairs and maintenance on water systems, including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water heaters, adhering to local building codes and safety standards. Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and restore proper flow. Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to accurately install or modify plumbing systems on construction sites or remodeling projects. Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, and equipment to various job sites. Utilize welding skills for pipe joining or repair tasks requiring metal fabrication or modifications. Engage with customers professionally by explaining repair procedures, providing maintenance advice, and ensuring a positive service experience. Assist with construction site activities such as pipe threading, assembly, remodeling projects, and heavy lifting as needed. Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections conducted for compliance and future reference. Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of residential and commercial systems. Knowledge of local building codes related to plumbing installations and repairs. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work on construction sites with varying conditions. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating company vehicles is preferred. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and estimating materials needed. Ideally 3+ years of Service plumbing experience

Pay:

$20.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
