Plumber Technician H2O Plumbing, Sewer and Drain Fraser, MI Job Details Full-time $23 - $35 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Fuel card Company truck Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Customer communication Customer relationship building Technical documentation Mentoring Water systems Fixture installation Full Job Description Core Service Work Perform residential and light-commercial plumbing repairs, installations, and replacements Diagnose issues accurately using proper tools and methods (camera, pressure testing, etc.) Complete drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, sewer repairs, and water-service line work Install and repair water heaters, sump pumps, ejectors, faucets, toilets, and other fixtures Customer Interaction Communicate findings clearly to customers and provide honest, solution-based recommendations Maintain a clean, professional appearance and respectful attitude in customer homes Explain work performed and ensure customer satisfaction before leaving the job site Documentation & Systems Use Housecall Pro to document work, add notes, upload photos, and close out jobs Create clear technician notes for all completed tasks Track materials used Company Standards Follow safety procedures, local codes, and company installation standards Maintain and care for company tools, truck, and equipment Show up reliably for scheduled shifts, including rotating Saturdays once you get added in. Avoid call-backs by performing high-quality work the first time Represent H2O Plumbing professionally in the field and with customers Team & Growth Support helpers and apprentices when needed Participate in ongoing training to improve technical skills and efficiency Communicate with office staff and leadership to keep jobs moving smoothly
