Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing or related trades with familiarity in construction site environments. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machinery. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately. Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of HVAC systems and general plumbing principles. Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks safely. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical data. Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site access or material transport.
