We're looking for a Journeyman Plumber for our construction team, working commercial and residential projects within an hour radius of Troy, MI — new construction, remodels, and renovations. What You'll Do Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, and equipment Read blueprints and layout drawings Operate pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and standard hand and power tools safely Troubleshoot and inspect work to make sure it meets code and spec Work alongside HVAC, carpentry, and other trades to keep the job moving Handle the physical side of the work — lifting materials, being on your feet Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used What You Need Valid Michigan Journeyman Plumber license Real construction plumbing experience, commercial and/or residential Solid grasp of plumbing systems and blueprint reading Comfortable with pipe threading and welding Can handle physically demanding work safely Pays attention to detail and works well with a team CDL a plus, not required Maintenance or remodel experience a plus What You Get Steady work, all within an hour of Troy, MI Health, dental, and vision insurance, 100% company-paid after 60 days 4 day work weeks (Monday-Thursday) PTO and holidays off Continuing education encouraged and supported Referral program $30 -$50/Hour based on experience
