Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Master Plumber to lead and execute complex plumbing projects across commercial and residential construction sites. As a Master Plumber, you will oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, ensuring all work complies with safety standards and building codes. Your hands-on experience with construction plumbing, schematics, welding, and blueprint reading will be vital in driving project success. Duties Lead the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems on construction sites, including pipe threading, pipe fitting, and fixture installation. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of plumbing layouts. Supervise and coordinate with construction teams to ensure timely completion of plumbing tasks while maintaining safety standards. Conduct construction estimating for plumbing projects, including material take-offs and labor requirements to support project planning. Perform welding, pipe threading, assembly, and heavy lifting as needed to complete complex plumbing installations. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to HVAC systems or other mechanical components connected to plumbing infrastructure. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Provide field service support by diagnosing problems on-site and implementing effective solutions promptly. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including schematics updates, maintenance logs, and incident reports. Experience Proven experience in construction plumbing within commercial or residential projects with a strong understanding of heavy lifting and assembly techniques. Extensive knowledge of construction estimating processes specific to plumbing systems. Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical knowledge related to HVAC integration. Hands-on experience with welding techniques and pipe threading tools is essential. Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and the ability to work effectively in dynamic environments. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery, and construction equipment safely and efficiently. Strong background in remodeling or handyman work is a plus for versatile project support. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred for site travel or material transport needs.
