Plumber:

• Plumb residential service and remodel
• Repair pipes and water lines and fixtures
• Install water heaters, water softeners, kitchen and bathroom fixtures
• Ability to communicate with homeowners, co-workers, inspectors, etc.
• Problem analyses - ability to inspect plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts Minimum requirements of the

Plumber/Service Technician:

• Minimum 1 years plumbing experience
• Valid Class D Driver's License
• Mechanical ability and excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and without direct supervision
• After hours/on-call service availability
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces.
• Well groomed, neat appearance
• Observe all company procedures and safety rules
• Maintain accurate time records and send to payroll when required
