Lifetime Contracting Location:

Kansas City Metro Lifetime Contracting is seeking an experienced, licensed Master Plumber to help build and grow our residential plumbing division.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, estimate, sell, and perform residential plumbing repairs and installations. Present pricing and repair options directly to customers. Manage plumbing jobs from initial service call through completion. Ensure all work meets applicable plumbing codes and licensing requirements. Identify additional plumbing and contracting opportunities. Help establish efficient processes as the division grows.

Requirements:

Active Master Plumber license. Residential service and repair experience. Strong customer service and sales abilities. Ability to work independently and manage jobs. Valid driver's license.

Compensation:

Base salary: $50,000-$60,000 annually.

Commission:

10% of gross profit on all jobs personally sold over $7500. Opportunity to help develop and grow a new plumbing division. We're looking for a motivated, experienced plumber who wants to play a key role in building a growing contracting company.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
