The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to work across both residential and commercial environments. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems to ensure safe, efficient, and code-compliant operation. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related fixtures in accordance with local plumbing codes and safety standards. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans to determine plumbing system layout. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to perform accurate and efficient plumbing work. Perform pipe threading, cutting, bending, and soldering/welding as needed for new installations or repairs. Inspect plumbing systems for leaks, blockages, or worn components, and provide effective solutions. Coordinate with general contractors, construction crews, and other trades to ensure proper integration of plumbing systems in new construction or remodeling projects. Provide outstanding customer service through clear communication and professional service. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all job sites. Qualifications Proven hands-on experience in plumbing, construction, or related mechanical trades. Strong understanding of plumbing codes, standards, and practices. Proficient in reading blueprints and technical diagrams. Skilled in the use of a wide range of plumbing tools and equipment. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Basic math skills for accurate measuring, layout, and materials estimation. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Prior construction site experience is preferred. A valid driver's license is required; a CDL is a plus. Maintenance experience is a bonus. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
