Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential, and commercial projects. Your expertise will ensure that all plumbing work complies with local building codes and safety regulations, delivering high-quality results that meet client expectations. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and gas piping in accordance with construction plans and schematics Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to assemble plumbing components efficiently and safely Ensure all work complies with local building codes, plumbing building codes, and safety regulations throughout each project phase Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate project timelines and site logistics Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment while adhering to safety standards; operate commercial driving vehicles as needed for material transport Read construction plans and construction site instructions to accurately execute plumbing installations or modifications Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including incident reports, inspection logs, and compliance records Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally during field service or remodeling projects Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance in residential or commercial settings Demonstrated knowledge of plumbing building codes, local regulations, safety standards, and schematics interpretation Hands-on experience with pipe threading, welding techniques (including gas piping systems), pipe installation, and system troubleshooting Familiarity with construction plans, blueprints reading, mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems is highly desirable Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment safely; experience with carpentry or handyman tasks is a plus Prior experience working on construction sites or in field service environments that require adherence to safety regulations Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to pipe fitting and system layout Strong communication skills for collaborating effectively with team members and providing excellent customer service when needed Join our team as a Journeyman Plumber if you're eager to showcase your technical expertise while working on impactful projects that make a difference! Pay:
