This Plumbing Service Tech role is an individual-contributor service seat—one level below our Senior Plumbing Service Tech. Youll run day-to-day residential and commercial flat-rate calls with growing independence, escalate complex work when needed, and keep getting sharper with support from seniors and the Service Manager. This is not an apprentice role. For our Full-Time Teammates we offer:

A successful candidate must:

• Have solid knowledge of plumbing, related codes, and common installation and repair techniques
• Be able to work efficiently with great attention to detail and take pride in their craft
• Be able to work independently on standard service calls, while staying coachable and open to learning
• Be willing to work on a cross-functional team and support other trades where needed
• Be comfortable escalating complex or unfamiliar issues rather than guessing
