We are a family-owned and operated plumbing company that has proudly served our communities since 1980. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and can confidently diagnose and complete residential and commercial plumbing repairs. Backflow certification is preferred but not required. Job Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues Perform plumbing service calls, repairs, replacements, and installations Repair and replace water heaters, faucets, toilets, fixtures, pumps, water lines, and sewer lines Perform drain cleaning and other general plumbing services Complete backflow testing and repairs when properly certified Prepare clear and accurate estimates for recommended work Explain findings, repair options, and pricing to customers before beginning additional work Maintain detailed job notes, photographs, signatures, and other required documentation Collect payment upon completion of work when required Keep the company vehicle, tools, and jobsite clean and organized Communicate promptly with office staff regarding job progress, additional work, materials, and scheduling Follow company procedures and all applicable plumbing and safety codes Participate in the on-call rotation as scheduled Qualifications Previous plumbing service experience is required Ability to independently diagnose and complete common plumbing repairs Knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems Strong customer-service and communication skills Ability to provide repair recommendations and discuss pricing professionally Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to lift equipment and materials and work in crawl spaces, outdoors, and other jobsite conditions Must be dependable, organized, and able to manage time effectively Must pass applicable background and driving-record requirements Preferred Qualifications North Carolina backflow certification Experience with water heaters and tankless water heaters Experience with drain cleaning and sewer equipment Experience with well pumps, water filtration, and commercial plumbing Plumbing license or advanced plumbing credentials What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications Full-time employment Company vehicle and necessary equipment for approved work Opportunities for additional training and professional growth Supportive, family-owned company environment A variety of residential and commercial plumbing work Schedule Monday through Friday Occasional overtime, weekends, or on-call work may be required
