Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and sewer systems in residential and commercial settings Operate company vehicles safely to reach job sites promptly and efficiently Use hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, schematics, and blueprint reading to diagnose issues and execute repairs accurately Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and restore flow Interpret technical drawings and schematics to ensure proper installation and system upgrades Conduct plumbing inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate Execute pipe threading, assembly, remodeling projects, and construction plumbing tasks with precision Adhere to local building codes and safety regulations while performing heavy lifting and construction site work Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and maintaining professional communication Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair Skilled in welding, pipe threading, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction site experience Familiarity with residential plumbing systems as well as commercial plumbing standards Experience with plumbing inspection cameras, drain cleaning equipment, power tools, hand tools, and schematics Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks regularly Knowledge of local building codes related to plumbing installations and repairs Handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus Valid driver's license with the ability to operate company vehicles responsibly Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing projects Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude toward clients and team members Join us in delivering high-quality plumbing solutions that keep our communities running smoothly!
