This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing codes and safety standards, along with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. The licensed plumber will play a vital role in ensuring the proper functioning of plumbing systems to meet client needs and industry regulations. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential properties, commercial buildings, and construction sites. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans to ensure accurate installation. Collaborate with contractors, builders, and clients to coordinate plumbing work within project timelines. Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Troubleshoot plumbing problems efficiently using appropriate tools and techniques. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used for each project. Adhere to safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries on-site. Skills Valid license as a professional plumber Valid licence as a professional gas fitter Proven experience in residential, commercial, and construction plumbing projects.
