Based on experience Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Service Plumber to join our growing plumbing and HVAC company. The ideal candidate should be reliable, professional, and capable of diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential and light commercial plumbing systems. This position is for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and can complete jobs safely, cleanly, and up to code. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues Perform water heater repairs and replacements Repair and replace toilets, faucets, shower valves, garbage disposals, and fixtures Clear and repair drain and sewer lines Perform leak detection and pipe repairs Install and service sump pumps, sewage ejector pumps, and grinder pumps Perform water filtration and water softener installations Provide clear explanations to customers regarding plumbing issues and repair options Complete job notes, photos, invoices, and estimates through company software Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked service vehicle Follow all plumbing codes, safety procedures, and company standards Represent the company in a professional and respectful manner Qualifications Plumbing service experience required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred Ability to diagnose plumbing issues and recommend proper repairs Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, drains, water heaters, pumps, and piping Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to use a phone or tablet for job documentation Must be dependable, punctual, and professional NJ plumbing license is a plus, but not required Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who is motivated, honest, clean, organized, and takes pride in doing quality work. We are looking for a plumber who can communicate clearly with customers, explain repairs professionally, and complete jobs correctly the first time.
