Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that all plumbing work meets safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial remodels to new construction, utilizing your technical skills and mechanical knowledge to deliver high-quality results. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and assembly tasks. Perform welding and pipe fitting to connect plumbing components securely and efficiently. Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to site safety protocols. Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate project timelines and ensure seamless integration of systems. Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to plumbing or HVAC systems using mechanical knowledge and basic math skills. Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of plumbing installation and repair techniques. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading tools. Knowledge of construction site safety practices and ability to lift heavy materials safely. Familiarity with HVAC systems, schematics, and remodeling processes is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude with basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site travel or equipment transport. Handyman experience or background in assembly and remodeling projects is advantageous.
