Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Plumber's Helper to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will assist experienced plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites. Duties Assist licensed plumbers with pipe installation, fitting, and assembly using hand tools and power tools Support the setup and teardown of plumbing systems during remodeling or new construction projects Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and plumbing schematics to aid in accurate installation Operate power tools safely, including pipe threading machines, saws, drills, and welding equipment when necessary Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Help with plumbing system maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on-site under supervision Follow building code regulations and safety procedures diligently to ensure project compliance and worker safety Qualifications Prior construction experience or hands-on experience with plumbing or handyman tasks preferred (not required) Basic knowledge of plumbing systems, pipe installation, and maintenance techniques Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and power tool safety practices Mechanical aptitude with understanding of welding, pipe threading, and assembly processes Willingness to learn new skills related to plumbing, remodeling, and construction operations Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Join our team as a Plumber's Helper if you're eager to build a solid foundation in construction trades while contributing to impactful projects.
