Your New Role Work as a Plumbing Mechanic serving residential customers throughout Putnam and Westchester Counties, New York. Perform residential plumbing maintenance, repairs, replacements, and installations. Troubleshoot plumbing problems, identify the right solution, complete repairs, and make appropriate recommendations to customers. Install and service boilers, water heaters, water filtration systems, and other residential plumbing equipment. Perform water treatment and drain clearing work as needed. Deliver professional customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners throughout each service call. Maintain the inventory, equipment, tools, and overall condition of your company vehicle. Complete invoices, service documentation, and required paperwork accurately and on time. Communicate effectively with office staff and management to keep jobs moving efficiently. Maintain MCK Plumbing's standards for craftsmanship, professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Hiring Expectations:
