We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Installer / Service Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems Install and replace water heaters (tank and tankless) Install and repair faucets, toilets, sinks, disposals, and fixtures Repair water, drain, and sewer piping Perform plumbing system inspections and preventative maintenance Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions Clearly explain repair and replacement options to homeowners Complete service tickets and documentation using a mobile tablet Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all company safety standards and local plumbing codes What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of plumbing installation and service experience (Required) Valid driver's license Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities Ability to work independently and efficiently Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to lift equipment and work in residential environments Preferred Qualifications Experience installing traditional and tankless water heaters Experience with residential remodels and plumbing replacements ServiceTitan experience is a plus (training available) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $30-$40 per hour , based on experience Performance bonus opportunities Take-home company vehicle Company-provided uniforms Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) Paid holidays Paid time off Paid training and continuing education Opportunities for advancement Year-round, steady work Why Work at Cerrone?
