We are looking for a Gas Heating Mechanic and Plumber that is reliable, responsible, accountable, trustworthy, properly groomed, has excellent customer service, written, and communication skills and takes pride in their work as a plumber. This is a full-time position working under a licensed master plumber. Full Job Description- Mechanic We are looking for an experienced plumber who will meet our high-quality work standards, and who has a strong work ethic. This applicant must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in residential and/or commercial settings. Experience should include working knowledge of heating, and installation of boilers. Ability to cut, assemble, and install pipes to new and existing infrastructure. Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, and plumbing fixtures. Test each aspect of the job before leaving to ensure no call back. This individual must possess the ability to work independently, troubleshoot, show great attention to detail, as well as interact with customers and fellow employees. You should be professional, punctual, organized, and maintain a clean working environment. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial applications Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems. Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures. Repair/replace all basic plumbing items like toilets, sinks, showerbodies, etc. Rough in and install plumbing systems for a new house. Repair heating systems (gas hot water/steam boilers). Install boiler systems for gas heating Repair water mains. Inspects joints, valves, pumps, boilers, water heaters, sinks, commodes, tanks, valves, and other plumbing system components to locate malfunctions, and repairs or replaces when necessary. Performs preventative maintenance work as required.

Requirements:

A positive attitude. A valid clean driver's license Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be able to install repair, and perform maintenance on all types of plumbing systems. Must be able to bend, walk, crawl, climb ladders, kneel, lift heavy material. Knowledge and experience of the tools, equipment, and materials common to the plumbing trade. Knowledge of applicable plumbing codes Knowledge of the mechanical operation of equipment such as pumps, boilers, water heaters, and other plumbing components We have multiple plumbing positions available as we are a busy company with a lot of work. We have been established for over 40 years. You speak with the owner on a daily basis, and we work as a TEAM. Overtime is available. Wages to be determined based upon knowledge.
