Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment on various construction sites. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation of piping and fixtures. Perform welding, pipe fitting, and assembly tasks to create reliable plumbing infrastructure. Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to support installation activities. Utilize construction knowledge to assist with remodeling projects, HVAC integration, and site-specific requirements. Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing or related fields such as remodeling or handyman work. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machinery. Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and mechanical systems including HVAC. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently on construction sites. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations. Knowledge of carpentry principles and construction site safety standards is a plus. Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site access or material transport.
