Job Description

Experienced Plumber | Earn More. Work Less. No Weekends. No On-Call. Plumbing Tech is hiring an experienced plumber who wants to earn more without sacrificing nights and weekends. What you'll do Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems Communicate clearly with homeowners and recommend the right solutions Deliver clean, professional work that earns trust and repeat business Participate in weekly training to sharpen technical and customer-service skills What you'll get Commission-based pay with strong earning potential No on-call schedule No weekends More predictable hours and more time outside work Weekly paid training and a clear path to increase your earnings A professional team, steady work, and the support to focus on plumbing—not unnecessary chaos What we need Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable, punctual, and accountable Strong diagnostic ability and commitment to quality workmanship Comfortable speaking with homeowners and presenting solutions Able to work independently while being a strong teammate Pay Commission-based. Pay:

$75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
