Job Summary H2O Pro Solutions Plumbing is seeking a skilled and dependable Licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team. This position focuses on residential service, repair, and installation work. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, communicates well with customers, and represents the company professionally. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues Perform installations (water heaters, fixtures, piping, etc.) Conduct system inspections and identify potential issues Communicate clearly with customers and explain recommended solutions Maintain a clean, organized work truck and job site Complete job documentation accurately Qualifications Active Journeyman Plumbing License (Oklahoma preferred) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience in residential service plumbing Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Pay & Benefits Competitive pay (hourly or performance-based options available) Bonus opportunities, including 5-star review incentives Steady, year-round work Opportunities for advancement Supportive, team-oriented work environment Work Location Elgin, OK and surrounding areas
