In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems, ensuring safety and compliance with local building codes. Your expertise will help improve our clients' comfort and peace of mind by providing reliable, efficient service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of plumbing projects, from routine repairs to complex drainage solutions using your technical skills and customer service excellence to make a positive impact.
NO ON CALL / NO WEEKENDS COMMISSION POTENTIAL
Responsibilities Diagnose plumbing issues in residential settings using plumbing inspection cameras and mechanical knowledge Repair and replace water systems, fixtures, pipes, and appliances with precision and efficiency Perform drain cleaning, pipe threading, and system maintenance to ensure optimal operation Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to accurately execute plumbing installations and repairs Operate company vehicles, power tools, hand tools, and plumbing system maintenance equipment safely and responsibly Conduct remodeling projects, assembly tasks, and construction site work in accordance with local building codes Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring client satisfaction during every interaction Skills Construction experience with residential plumbing projects and construction site familiarity Proficiency in welding, pipe threading, drain cleaning, and the use of plumbing inspection cameras Strong mechanical knowledge of water systems, plumbing systems maintenance, and repair techniques Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics accurately Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and assembly procedures Knowledge of local building codes relevant to residential plumbing installations and repairs Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude in all client interactions Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles and commercial driving as needed Handyman experience including remodeling, construction plumbing, and general repair work Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting complex plumbing issues Join our team as a Residential Service Plumber where your expertise will help homes operate smoothly while advancing your career in a fast-paced environment.
