Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately execute plumbing layouts Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and tools to diagnose issues within pipes and systems Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to job sites Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and other construction tools efficiently and safely Perform drain cleaning, pipe threading, assembly, remodeling work, and system maintenance tasks with precision Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations while maintaining high-quality workmanship Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial settings Mechanical knowledge of water systems, plumbing components, and system maintenance procedures Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints accurately Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, welding equipment, and pipe threading machines Experience with drain cleaning techniques and plumbing system troubleshooting Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members Valid driver's license with experience operating heavy machinery or commercial vehicles preferred Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards related to construction plumbing projects Physical ability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders or scaffolding, and working in confined spaces Handyman experience or background in remodeling projects is a plus Embark on a career where your craftsmanship makes a difference!
