Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our construction and maintenance team. Duties Install, repair, and maintain water supply, drainage, and waste systems in residential and commercial buildings Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately execute plumbing layouts Operate hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, and pipe threading equipment safely and effectively Conduct plumbing inspections to identify issues using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools Perform drain cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment to ensure proper flow Collaborate with construction teams on remodeling, assembly, HVAC integration, and site preparation activities Adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards during all phases of work Use schematics and technical documents to troubleshoot plumbing system problems Operate company vehicles responsibly for transportation to job sites Perform heavy lifting tasks safely while handling pipes, fixtures, and equipment Maintain accurate records of work performed for inspection purposes Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair Knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems including water systems and HVAC integration Skilled in welding, pipe threading, drain cleaning, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and plumbing inspection camera operation Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards applicable to construction plumbing Experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting, assembly, remodeling, and handyman tasks Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately for precise installation or repair work Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles in compliance with local regulations Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to pipe fitting and system design Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness and teamwork If you are a motivated professional eager to contribute your expertise in plumbing within a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply today.
