Responsibilities Install, assemble, and repair residential plumbing systems including water supply lines, drain-waste-vent (DWV) systems, fixtures, and appliances using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing layouts. Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues within existing systems. Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal operation and longevity. Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects or construction sites to ensure seamless integration of plumbing components. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to job sites while complying with commercial driving regulations. Adhere to local building codes, safety protocols, and environmental standards during all phases of installation and repair work. Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on residential plumbing or related fields such as HVAC or general construction. Skilled in welding, pipe threading, pipe fitting, and assembly of plumbing components. Familiarity with drain cleaning techniques and the use of plumbing inspection cameras. Ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics accurately. Experience working on construction sites with heavy lifting requirements and the use of hand tools and power tools. Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and plumbing inspection procedures. Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with homeowners. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles; commercial driving license preferred. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to pipe sizing and layout planning. Handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus for versatile project support. Pay:
