Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing water systems, plumbing fixtures, and related equipment across residential and commercial sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing systems operate efficiently, meet safety standards, and adhere to local building codes. Duties Install, repair, and maintain water supply and drainage systems in residential and commercial buildings using hand tools, power tools, and construction plumbing techniques Conduct plumbing inspections utilizing cameras and schematics to diagnose issues accurately Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure precise installation and repairs Perform drain cleaning, pipe threading, pipe fitting, and assembly tasks on various plumbing systems Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools and materials to job sites while adhering to commercial driving regulations Use welding skills for pipe fabrication or repair as needed on construction sites or remodeling projects Maintain compliance with local building codes and safety standards during all work activities Assist with remodeling projects by installing fixtures, fixtures replacement, and general handyman tasks Conduct routine maintenance of plumbing systems including HVAC-related components to ensure optimal performance Utilize plumbing inspection cameras for troubleshooting complex issues within pipes or water systems Engage with customers professionally by explaining repair procedures and providing excellent service throughout the project Experience Proven construction site experience with a strong understanding of construction plumbing practices Hands-on experience with residential and commercial plumbing systems from installation to maintenance and repair Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing schematics effectively Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to plumbing installations and repairs Experience operating heavy machinery or company vehicles safely in various environments Familiarity with welding techniques applicable to pipe fabrication or repairs in construction settings Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately for precise project execution Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting schematics effectively Prior experience with drain cleaning equipment and plumbing inspection cameras is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to lift heavy materials safely while maintaining proper ergonomics during work tasks Join us if you're eager to bring your construction plumbing expertise into a vibrant environment where your skills make a real difference.
