You'll deliver high-quality plumbing service to our customers, represent True Pros with honesty and professionalism, and be rewarded for the work you do. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues and explain the problem and options to customers clearly Perform plumbing installations and replacements, including water heaters, fixtures, and repipes Deliver quality workmanship on every job Communicate honestly with customers and present options with integrity Keep your truck, tools, and paperwork organized and accurate Follow all company policies, safety standards, and procedures Work with our office, sales, and install teams to keep jobs on track Represent True Pros professionally in every customer's home What We're Looking For Active Utah Journeyman Plumber license Plumbing experience in residential service and/or installation A valid driver's license and a clean driving record Your own tools, unless provided by the company Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude Honesty, reliability, and pride in your work Comfort using mobile technology and ServiceTitan, or willingness to learn Someone who takes ownership and doesn't cut corners Compensation & Benefits $25 - $45/hour based on experience Spiff and commission opportunities, plus incentive programs that reward performance, customer satisfaction, and company initiatives Company vehicle for work-related use Health insurance: True Pros pays 75% of the premium after 30 days of full-time employment Seven paid holidays after 90 days Paid time off (PTO) after six months Growth opportunities within the company Why True Pros?
