Water Softener & RO Installer (1099 Contract, Flexible Schedule)

Pay:

$125-$165 per hour ($500 per standard install, which usually takes 3-4 hours. Well and iron jobs pay more.) About us Valley Water Co. is a growing local water treatment company based in Lehi, serving Utah County and Salt Lake County. We install whole-home water softeners, filtration systems and under-sink reverse osmosis (RO) drinking water systems. We handle all sales and marketing and run ads every month, so we bring the booked jobs to you. You just show up and do a clean install, with no selling and no chasing customers. What you'll do Install whole-home softener and filtration systems at the main water line Install under-sink RO systems Handle tie-ins, bypass and drain lines, then start up, test and clean up Install well and iron filtration systems (higher pay) Be professional with homeowners, since you represent us in their home Pay $500 per standard whole-home or RO install Higher pay for well and iron jobs All systems and parts are provided; you bring your own tools Paid per job as a 1099 contractor Requirements Licensed Utah plumber (journeyman or higher) GL insurance of $1M/$2M naming Matrix Enterprises, LLC as additional insured Workers' comp or a Utah WCCW waiver A W-9 and a signed subcontractor agreement before your first job Your own tools and reliable transportation Able to take installs on 48-72 hours' notice On time, clean work, no corners cut Why work with us No selling: we handle sales, scheduling and customer communication A flexible schedule built around yours; take as many or as few jobs as you want Steady, growing volume from our monthly ad budget No inventory to buy Simple, repeatable installs on a small product line How to apply Apply on Indeed and answer: Do you hold a current Utah plumbing license (journeyman or higher)?
