We're expanding our network of independent plumbing technicians and are looking for dependable professionals to handle residential service calls. WHY WORK WITH US?
Choose the days and time blocks that fit your schedule. Same-day and next-day service calls may be available. Earn 60% of labor with our standard 60/40 commission structure. No need to search for or purchase your own leads. Approved materials are reimbursed. The $50 inspection fee is yours when applicable. If you complete the inspection and the customer decides not to proceed with the recommended repair, you still receive the $50 inspection fee. For larger projects, material costs may be collected from the customer upfront. Dependable technicians who consistently accept and complete calls may receive more job opportunities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We want skilled plumbers who are comfortable handling residential service calls independently. You should be able to identify plumbing problems, explain repair options clearly, provide transparent pricing, and confidently recommend appropriate solutions. Consistency is important. Ideally, you can commit to 2-4 reliable days or specific time blocks each week. Technicians who can occasionally accommodate same-day or next-day calls are especially valuable.
QUALIFICATIONS
Active plumbing license; Journeyman or Master preferred Residential plumbing experience Commercial service experience is a plus Valid driver's license Reliable service vehicle Own professional plumbing tools Able to troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues independently Strong customer communication and sales skills Reliable phone and transportation Able to purchase required materials and submit receipts for reimbursement Liability insurance or ability to provide required documentation

Pay:
$120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Application Question(s): Which days and hours are you regularly able to take plumbing service appointments? What vehicle will you use when traveling to customer appointments? Which plumbing tools and equipment do you currently have access to for field service work? What type of plumbing license, permit, or certification do you currently hold? Please provide the details. Do you carry plumbing liability coverage? If not, are you able to obtain and provide the required insurance documentation? Are you confident handling service calls on your own, troubleshooting plumbing problems, presenting repair options, and recommending/selling appropriate solutions? Are you comfortable working under a commission structure where the technician receives 60% of collected labor rather than an hourly wage? Can you maintain a dependable schedule of 2-4 days or designated time periods per week, with the ability to occasionally handle same-day or next-day appointments?
