Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will ensure that water systems operate efficiently, comply with local building codes, and meet our high standards for quality and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilize advanced tools and techniques, and deliver exceptional service to our clients. Your hands-on experience and proactive approach will help keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and waste disposal in residential and commercial settings Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately execute plumbing layouts and system designs Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, and equipment to various job sites Use hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, welding equipment, and drain cleaning tools to complete tasks efficiently Conduct plumbing system inspections to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements Adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards during all phases of work Assist with remodeling projects by assembling fixtures, installing appliances, and performing general handyman tasks as needed Qualifications Proven construction experience with a strong background in plumbing installation and repair Valid journeyman plumber license or equivalent certification demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems Experience with construction site operations including heavy lifting, assembly, remodeling, and construction plumbing Familiarity with plumbing inspection cameras, drain cleaning techniques, welding processes, and the use of hand tools and power tools Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to residential and commercial plumbing systems Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Physical stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights or confined spaces, and standing for extended periods Join us as a Journeyman Plumber if you're passionate about delivering top-quality craftsmanship on every project.
