Virginia Beach, VA 23454 About the Role We are seeking an experienced Master Plumber to join our team and help manage and build out a new plumbing division within our multifamily renovation business. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in expanding our service offerings and ensuring the highest quality plumbing work on our projects. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all plumbing operations for multifamily renovation projects. Manage and build out the plumbing division, including hiring, training, and supervising plumbing staff. Plan, install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in compliance with local codes and regulations. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Estimate materials, labor, and project timelines for plumbing work. Ensure all plumbing work meets quality and safety standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues on-site. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Qualifications Valid Master Plumber license in the state of Virginia is preferred Proven experience managing plumbing projects, preferably in multifamily or commercial renovation. Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
